"Iwona Fischer-Zuziak Painting"

Here we have Iwona Fischer-Zuziak with an exhibition of her newest works. Let's go in! Some have come to see Iwona, others have come to view her original and unique artistic creativity.
Let us remember her nostalgic series of paintings created in the serenity of her studio of sketches. Her poetic imagination is fuelled by a pining for the Tuscan landscapes which flicker through a haze of memories.
We must not forget the series of paintings "Przenikanie" - a fascinating ballet of human bodies, intertwined in the never-ending movement of life. Through her drawings Iwona's expert hand has managed to define the human dreams of Paradise, where Woman and her physical presence are most significant.
In "Eksodus Rytmiczny", an amazing triptych painted in three tones of colour, the picture entitled "on the way to...", depicts the figure of a woman carrying a child. Artistically, a musical director's script of the artist's figure also the choreographed outline of the fragments of human existence.
Iwona's new paintings include five triptychs. We are in her beloved theatre and her paintings. They have been painted with space, light and colour. Delicate, translucent - a glaze. The clear compositions of the paintings lead us slowly into the drama of events, Man, a dream, reality, mystique and poetry - all these factors are connected.
The first triptych - "Podglqdanie" - uncovers a scene of the walls of a room vibrating with light and movement of figures. The walls are permeable to the joyful figures from "Przenikanie", however - one of them - in the second scene, is trying to push away the ceiling - because there may also be "SOMETHING THERE". In the second triptych "Wyglądanie" this will be repeated, rising above the atchitecture, rising into the promising, maybe imaginary space. Inquisitiveness and hope will accompany this figure in a mystical rising, where dreams of power and fear will once again endeavour to force the stairs of Iwona's creative imagination, the author of this wandering figure - wandering towards the light, which appears to be locked in the five triptychs of the Sanctuary.
In the series of paintings "Zaglądanie" the artist's homesickness draws open the heavy curtains. The navy blue sky reminds us of the moonlit Tuscan hillsides. In the triptychs "Wychodzenie" and "Odchodzenie" the navy colour changes dramatically to blue-white, cold space, and this time, albeit sorrowfully, we could meet the untroubled traveller wandering "towards the sun" - confused by the possibility of leaving the labirynth using the stairs to go "THERE". Without him we feel lonely.
Look! In him we see beauty.
