Stanisław Sacha Stawiarski

Stanisław Sacha Stawiarski was born in 1941. He graduated from the State Secondary Art School in Cracow in 1962. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under the supervision of professor Hanna Rudzka-Cybisowa. In 1969 he obtained the Academy’s graduation diploma and at the same time graduated from the School of Pedagogy operating within the Academy. He travelled to Paris in 1970 where he attended a one-year course at the Beaux Arts. He became a member of the Association of the Polish Fine Artists in 1973 and a member of the Association of Painters in Saint Tropez in 1975. He has been a member of the French Artists Association since 1977. In 1989 he was appointed a member of the “Greci-Marino” International Academy For the Arts, Sciences and Letters that, acknowledging his artistic achievements, granted him the title of professor. His name can be found in “who is who” (Lausanne, Switzerland) and the last edition of “Bénézit” (Grand, Paris, 1999). His paintings are in private collections and in the Museum of the Region of Kłodzko in Kłodzko.
